Self defence is much more than punching and kicking, it is about avoiding potentially dangerous people and places, it is about making your home and work place safe from unwanted intruders.
But then we have what if;
- What if you are attacked for no reason by either a person you know or some stranger?
- What if a friend is attacked, how do you help without being injured yourself?
- What if a stranger is attacked, do you help?
- What if you partner is attacked?
OK we have the what if, what should you know about self defence.
- Should you know nothing about self defence and let the law handle it.
- Should you try help if you could get yourself hurt or possibly killed
- Should you know how to stop a threat with self defence.
- What does the law say
Please tell me about an experience you have had if you have been attacked, tell me how you reacted, did you react properly, could you have done something else, how did you feel, scared or angry, what did the police do?
Do you have any questions on protecting yourself at home, work, or out on the street?
